Shipping
Lead times:
Each piece of Kyla Vitek Jewellery is handmade in my home studio. In stock items will be packaged and shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. If your jewellery is made-to-order, it will take some time to create your piece. Production lead times will range from 1-4 weeks, depending on the item.
Due to demand your jewellery may ship earlier or later, but all orders are shipped ASAP. You will be notified by email upon dispatch and receive a tracking number.
In case of time pressure, please contact me at kylavitekjewellery@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I can upgrade your shipping and add a rush to your order if necessary, though there may be additional charges.
Shipping:
FREE shipping on all orders above $200 (before tax) within Canada.
For orders under $200 shipping rates are calculated automatically at check out based on the weight and destination.
Your jewellery will be shipped through Canada Post expedited (within Canada) and include tracking and $100 insurance coverage for loss, damage or theft. Higher insurance add on may be applied for an additional cost. The cost is $2.25 plus applicable taxes per $100. Customers must request a higher limit amount with cost applied/added to shipping cost. Please note - Canada Post will cap insurance pay out at $500 . Additional coverage is only added upon request.
Shipping speeds are approximate. Please be aware that shipping delays can occur beyond my control.
If an item should arrive damaged, please contact Kyla Vitek Jewellery immediately and include photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A replacement or refund will be granted only if the damage is documented and Kyla Vitek Jewellery is contacted within 7 days of receipt of the damaged package.
Kyla Vitek Jewellery currently only ships within Canada and the United States (U.S. customers, see important update below!). Customers from other countries may contact me to arrange shipment options.
The importance of correctly addressing parcels:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. I can only ship to the address provided, and are not responsible for any typographical errors made at check out including incorrect/incomplete postal/zip codes, or missing apartment/unit/floor numbers, etc. An incorrect address may cause delays in shipping or parcel returns.
If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing your order, please get in touch with me ASAP so I can make the necessary changes on your behalf before your parcel is packed for shipping. Thank you!
