Made In Kawartha Lakes
I'm thrilled to be returning to the charming Settler's Village in Bobcaygeon again this year for the always-amazing Made in Kawartha Lakes! Presented by the Kawartha Lakes Arts Council, this vibrant event celebrates the rich creative spirit of our region. Explore the work of over 45 local artists and artisans, featuring everything from stunning paintings to unique handcrafted pottery.
Enjoy delicious offerings from our food vendors, including Kawartha Dairy, The Travelling Crepe, Mochi's Bakery, and K-Dawgz. And don't miss the live music throughout the weekend, with performances by local favourites North Country Express and Graeme Morrison.
✨ New this year: Pick up an event passport when you arrive and collect stamps as you explore the show – then submit your completed event passport for a chance to win one of two $250 cash prizes!

Strawberry Social Market & Mingle at Applewood
Join us at Applewood Farm & Winery for a day of summer fun at their annual Strawberry Social! Wander through the fields and pick your own sun-ripened strawberries, meet the friendly farm animals, and take a stroll through the scenic meadow. Enjoy live music while sipping a delicious drink on the patio, including Matt's famous strawberry cider on tap. Plus browse a curated selection of handmade goods from some of the region's best makers and vendors!
I'll be there with my jewellery, along with a special treat just for this event: beautifully hand-carved strawberry themed pieces, including the tiniest, most adorable 3-dimensional strawberry design - it's so cute, I can't even tell you.
Whether you're here for the strawberries, the cider, or the handcrafted treasures, it's going to be a fantastic day! No tickets are required for the winery or market, and regular pricing applies for strawberry picking at the farm gate. See you there!
