Cast in sterling silver from the centre stem of a real cedar sprig, these gorgeous handcrafted ear climbers add a bit of drama to your look. Make a statement without the need for multiple piercings! A distinctive alternative to stud earrings, the climbers hug your ear & compliment it’s shape with their graceful curves. Because of it's size and longevity, cedar trees have come to symbolize strength and eternity. Just like the tree from which they were made, these earrings are crafted with care to last a lifetime. This climber comes in a long or short variation, to ensure it fits your ear properly.

How to wear climber earrings:
Your ear climbers come with a left and a right side, shaped to follow the curve of your ear. Hold the climber up to your ear to see which side is which, then thread the post through your piercing as you would for a dangle earring. Grip your earlobe & the climber, then rotate it upward so it hugs your ear.

*While I’ve tried to ensure the climbers will fit everyone, every ear has a different shape. The first time you wear these you may need to slightly adjust the wire to get the perfect fit for your ear. To tighten, gently squeeze the wire down against your ear. To loosen, lightly pull the wire away from your ear until it’s comfortable. Do not do this every time you wear these as it will weaken the metal over time! Once the earrings have been adjusted, they should fit properly every time you wear them.

Care information

To keep your jewellery looking it’s best:

*Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray or other chemicals - allow perfume or lotion to dry before wearing.

*Never expose jewellery to household cleaning products.

*Remove your jewellery before bathing, showering, swimming or entering a hot tub.

*Remove before sleeping.

*Remove jewellery when participating in physical activities (cleaning/gardening/sports)

*Gently wipe off excess oils or perspiration with a soft cloth.

*Store in a tightly sealed plastic bag (ziploc) or box to minimize tarnish.

How to remove tarnish:

*Light tarnish may be removed with a gentle wipe with a polishing cloth, followed by washing using a toothbrush with dish detergent & water. Rinse well & pat dry.

*Heavier tarnish (on jewellery without gemstones) may be removed with a dip cleaner & thoroughly washed using a toothbrush with dish soap & water. Rinse well & pat dry.

*Never expose pearls or porous gemstones to dips or other chemical cleaners.
