Stacking Rings

Create your own sterling silver stacking ring while learning the foundations of jewellery fabrication in a relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop. 

What You'll Make:

You'll begin with a piece of sterling silver wire and transform it into a finished ring through traditional jewellery making techniques. Learn how to measure, shape, solder, refine and polish your ring while adding your own personal touch with a variety of finishing options.

Each student will create their first sterling silver stacking ring as part of the workshop. If you would like to continue building your stack, and time allows, additional sterling silver wire is available for purchase by weight during the class.

What to Expect:

This small-group workshop (four students max) allows for plenty of individual guidance while you work at your own pace. No previous jewellery making experience is required, and every step will be demonstrated before you begin.

Class Details:

Your workshop includes approximately three hours of guided instruction, plus an additional hour of bonus studio time if you need a little longer to complete your project or would like to continue building your stack.

Dates:

Classes are currently scheduled flexibly. If no date is listed, or you can't make the date listed, send me 2-3 options that work for you and I'll confirm availability. Class times are typically 1-4 pm or 6-9 pm (plus an optional hour of open studio time if needed)

Location:

The studio is located at 213 John St. in Pontypool, ON. You are welcome to park in the driveway, although you may be blocked in by other attendees. Street parking is also available. The studio is located behind the house at the back of the property. Follow the driveway, then cross the grass to the grey building with double doors.

Group Booking & Discount:

Bring 3-4 friends and enjoy $20 off per person! Private groups may have additional students join. Contact me to schedule a date and time for your group.

Note: Sorry kids, participants must be 18+ for insurance purposes.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 3 days before class are eligible for a credit or refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. For group bookings (3-4 students), the fee is $25 per person. This fee helps cover materials that have already been purchased and prepared. There is no refund or credit for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the start of class. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge. For group bookings, if someone in your group can't attend, you may replace them with another participant at no charge.
